1. Handling procedures：

Procedure of medical insurance: please take your health insurance card and ID card and come to the information desk of medical guiding service at Modern Hospital, Guangzhou, and fill in a registration card of outpatient medical remuneration of insurance participants of social medical insurance in Guangzhou, and paste a small one-inch photo with color taken in this year, as for the specific requirements you can consult with the medical guiding desk at our hospital.

2.Medical procedures of medical insurance

Insurance Participant comes to registration office to get registrated (show health insurance card, ID card, clinic medical record) )——consulting room for treatment——come to the window for collect rent with health insurance card and ID card and make the payment——examination, getting the medicine, treatment——check-out procedure(please show the health insurance card) only need to pay individual self-paid portion.

3. Clinic special items

Application procedure of special business of clinic special items:

 1, Attending doctor/charge doctor of medical insurance fill in 《Certificate of clinic specific items for insured person of social medical insurance in Guangzhou (abbreviation《 Mente Certificate》).

2, Staff above associate chief physician or head of department (or assigned expert) signs.

3, It needs to be audited and sealed by the medical department of medical insurance office.

4, Medical insurance office input the content of 《 Mente Certificate》of insured person into medical insurance system.

5, After the information entry is completed and double checked, medical insurance system will provide the treatment of automatic registration for the validity of Mente items, and the start time of validity is acknowledging time.

6, Secondary management institution of medical insurance need to inspect the Mente record confirmed by the medical institution of each district during a working day.

7, Staff of medical insurance office prints 《 Mente Certificate》with registrated result through medical insurance system in duplicate, one part for the insured person, the other saved by the medical institution for future reference.

Disease category: epilepsy, liver cirrhosis, hypertension, chronic renal insufficiency (Non-dialysis), chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic cardiac failure(cardiac function over and above stage Ⅲ), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sequel of cerebral vessels, diabetes, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, parkinson disease, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthrosis of knee, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, crohn disease), bronchial asthma

Treatment enjoyed by clinic chronic disease category:

a, In bid for designated medical institution, 《Diagnosis certificate》in duplicate with application for confirmed opinion, after being sealed, one part will be given to the secured person as one of the evidences to enjoy the medical treatment of clinic chronic disease, another copy will be saved by designated medical institution for future reference.

b, You can choose 3 of the disease category at most, no need to see the doctor at designated medical institution.

d, Application for reimbursement section is only confined to generant fees for medicine within the scope of relevant specialized drug list and general charge for a consultation.

5. Clinic medical remuneration

a, medical remuneration scope for clinic special items, clinic chronic disease: general clinic, emergency treatment, observed in emergency department.

b, record keeping proportion of public medical service.

Hospitalization costs within the payment scope of public medical service will be paid based on the following proportion:

1), For cadres at their posts and their family members, the clinic medical fee can be covered on account for 80%, while individual self-paid ratio will be 20%.

2), For retired cadre, the clinic medical fee can be covered on account for 90%, while individual self-paid ratio will be 10%.

3), For Red Army, retired veteran cadre and disabled revolutionary servicemen of second-class b grade (over six-class), the clinic medical fee can be covered on account for 100%.

c, Charge for diagnosis and treatment

1), For retired veterans, limit standards of charge for every diagnosis and treatment of general clinic is 3 RMB, while it’s 2 RMB for other staffs;

2), For retired veterans, limit standards of charge for every diagnosis and treatment of clinic emergency treatment is 6 RMB, while it’s 2 RMB for other staffs;
