National University Hospital(NUH) is one of the largest national hospitals in Singapore, which is distinguished in canonical management and construction. Earlier in July, 2015, medical team of St. Stamford Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou visited National University Hospital and learned 6S management model there.

The experts of NUH introduced the 6S management model to our health-care team through theoretical explanation, on-site observation and other forms of the relevant knowledge. This trip left our medical staff a deep impression on the 6S management. Nowadays, 6S management model has been successfully applied to our hospital to further improve the hospital's brand image.
